Informativa sui rimborsi
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005. The right of withdrawal applies by law if the Customer (meaning a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, i.e., who does not provide a VAT number in the order form) is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written communication to the address dropit@pec.it
within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal notice must be sent by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:
Drop It SRLS
Via Cavour 147
Alpignano (TO)
10091 – Italy
Important: Customers who purchase with a VAT number, or customers who purchase made-to-order, specific and/or personalized products, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Procedure
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
-
The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only from part of the product (e.g., accessories, attachments, etc.).
-
The product must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
-
The item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging, documentation, and any accessories: manuals, cables, etc.).
-
To avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box whenever possible; adhesive labels or tape must not be applied directly to the original packaging.
-
In accordance with the law (Art. 67, paragraphs 1, 3, and 4), the only cost borne by the Customer is the shipping cost for returning the goods, and not the initial delivery costs incurred by Drop It.
-
Until the arrival confirmation at our warehouse, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the Customer. In case of damage during transport, Drop It will notify the Customer (within 5 working days from receipt), so the Customer may file a complaint with the courier and obtain reimbursement (if insured). In such cases, the product will be made available to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
-
Drop It is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
-
Upon return, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the original packaging and/or internal packing is damaged, Drop It may withhold up to 20% of the refund amount as a contribution to restoration costs.
Return Procedure
Once the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the procedure is as follows:
-
Send a registered letter with return receipt to:
Drop It SRLS, Via Cavour 147, Alpignano (TO) 10091 – Italy -
Wait for confirmation of receipt from Drop It.
-
Send the package according to the instructions provided.
The return of the product must occur within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Except for any restoration costs due to damage to the original packaging, Drop It will refund the Customer the full amount paid within 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be issued by bank transfer; therefore, the Customer must promptly provide their bank details (ABI – CAB – account number corresponding to the invoice holder).
When the Right of Withdrawal Is Void
The right of withdrawal is completely void if the essential condition of product integrity (packaging and/or content) is missing, in cases where it is found that:
-
The product has been partially used or materials have been consumed;
-
The external packaging and/or the original internal packing is missing;
-
The product is damaged for reasons other than transport;
-
Essential product components are missing (accessories, parts, etc.);
In such cases, Drop It will return the item to the Customer and charge the shipping costs.
Customers who purchase using a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
