Do88 Intercooler Kit for Toyota Yaris GR

do88 BigPack high-performance intercooler kit designed for Toyota GR Yaris models equipped with the G16E-GTS 1.6 Turbo engine and GR-Four all-wheel drive.

This complete cooling upgrade combines a high-capacity aluminium intercooler with an upgraded pressure pipe system, significantly improving airflow, cooling efficiency and turbocharger response.

The intercooler features a 91% larger core volume and 168% increased active cooling area compared to the OEM unit. Its optimised aluminium construction delivers up to 40% higher airflow and reduces intake air temperatures by up to 25°C under tested conditions.

The upgraded pressure pipes are manufactured from seamless mandrel-bent aluminium, combined with reinforced 4-layer silicone hoses designed to withstand high temperatures and boost pressures.

Performance testing recorded gains of up to 26 whp when combined with the do88 turbo inlet on a modified vehicle.

The BigPack includes the intercooler, aluminium charge pipes, reinforced silicone hoses and all necessary installation hardware. Direct-fit installation using factory mounting points.
