Shipping
To ship goods from our warehouse, we rely on TNT / BRT / GLS / POSTE ITALIANE / SDA. The goods may also be delivered by other trusted couriers chosen by us.
Deliveries are carried out throughout Italy and internationally via express courier, at the cost indicated during checkout.
For small and lightweight items, shipping may be carried out via Poste Italiane with tracking, both in Italy and abroad.

IMPORTANT
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, No. 185 (distance contracts), goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
Drop It is not responsible for theft, damage, or total/partial loss.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier in charge of delivery.
Shipments are insured only if expressly requested by the Customer, with an additional insurance fee.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer must check that:

the number of parcels corresponds to what is indicated on the accompanying document;

the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, altered, or tampered with, including sealing materials (Drop It branded tape).
Any damage or discrepancy in the number of parcels, as well as delivery delays, must be immediately reported to the courier by writing “received with reservation for missing and/or damaged parcels” on the delivery document, and must be confirmed to Drop It by email within seven calendar days.
Even if the packaging appears intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt.
Any report made after these deadlines, or using other methods, will not be accepted.
The Customer assumes full responsibility for any declarations made.
Once the courier’s delivery document is signed, the Customer can no longer make claims regarding the external condition of the goods or the number of parcels received.
Product Availability and Lead Times
If product availability is displayed as “0”, it means the item must be ordered. Lead times vary depending on the product.
If availability is “1” or more, shipping is faster and normally takes place within 24/48 hours.
As mentioned above, these lead times are estimated and may vary.
In case of further delays, Customer Service will contact you.
It may also happen that:

while you are ordering an available product, the same item is ordered at the same time, or just before, by another customer via eBay, our website, or directly at our warehouse;
-
if you order multiple units of the same product, the full quantity may not be shipped in one shipment, even if the website shows higher stock. This may occur because the same item is being purchased simultaneously by other customers.
In such cases, the goods will be delivered in multiple shipments.
For any “backorder” shipment, no additional shipping costs will be charged.
Unless otherwise instructed, Drop It is authorized to make partial deliveries.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be charged only once.
The parcel is delivered directly to the Customer by the courier, who does not provide delivery to upper floors.
Warranty and Support
All products sold by Drop It are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and by a 12-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To receive warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice and/or payment receipt and the related order details.
By accepting the purchase contract, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the warranty conditions in force at the time of the warranty request.
The manufacturer's warranty is provided according to the documentation included inside the product packaging.
Drop It is responsible for warranty coverage of the product, but does not cover any labour costs if installation is carried out by workshops or body shops not authorized by Drop It.
