Do88 Charge Cooler Manifold BMW X4 M40i G02

do88 high-performance charge cooler intake manifold designed for BMW models equipped with the first-generation B58 3.0 TwinPower Turbo engine.

Manufactured from high-quality cast aluminium, this upgraded intake manifold integrates a 102 mm (4") Bar & Plate air-to-water intercooler featuring 11 cooling rows compared to the 6-row OEM design.

Developed using CFD technology, the manifold provides up to 42% increased airflow and significantly improved cooling efficiency. Testing recorded intake temperatures of 26°C compared to 40°C with the OEM manifold, with gains of up to 18 hp in the midrange and 28 Nm of torque.

The manifold features integrated 1/8 NPT ports for additional sensors, water-methanol injection and optional port fuel injection. A thermal barrier spacer and reinforced FKM silicone O-rings help minimise heat transfer and ensure reliable sealing.

Direct-fit installation requires no modifications, maintaining compatibility with the OEM engine cover and allowing oil filter access without removing the manifold.
