DO88 BigPack Intercooler Kit VW Golf 7.5 R

do88 BigPack high-performance intercooler kit designed for Audi A3 8V, S3 8V, TT 8S, Seat Leon 3 Cupra, Skoda Octavia RS and VW Golf 7 GTI/R models equipped with the EA888.3 2.0 TFSI/TSI engine.

This complete cooling upgrade combines a high-capacity aluminium intercooler with an upgraded aluminium charge pipe system, replacing the OEM components from the turbocharger outlet to the throttle body.

The intercooler features a 99% larger core volume and 36% improved airflow compared to the OEM system. Its optimised aluminium construction with CAD-designed end tanks reduces intake air temperatures by up to 12°C under tested conditions.

The upgraded charge pipes feature a 63.5 mm (2.5") diameter and mandrel-bent aluminium construction, combined with reinforced 4-layer black silicone hoses designed to withstand high temperatures and boost pressures.

The BigPack includes the intercooler, aluminium charge pipes, reinforced silicone hoses and all necessary installation hardware. Direct-fit installation using factory mounting points.
