Meguiar's 1-Step Headlight Restoration Plus (118 mL + Accessories)

Restore your plastic headlights to their former clarity without having to replace them, thanks to the Meguiar's headlight restoration kit. The exclusive Plast X formula, combined with two sanding discs and a restoration pad that fits most drills, ensures simple and effective restoration. Designed to work deep down, this system safely removes dullness, micro-scratches, contamination marks and oxidation, restoring surfaces to their original transparency.

This kit delivers visible results in terms of both aesthetics and functionality, enhancing the vehicle’s overall appearance and night-time visibility. Versatile, it is suitable for plastic car headlights, as well as motorcycle windscreens, rear lights and indicators. It includes a bottle of Plast X (118 mL), a restoration pad and two sanding discs, providing a complete, ready-to-use solution.

Directions for use:

• Easy Buff pad & Plast X: Attach the polishing pad to the drill, then apply a small amount of Plast X. Place the pad flat against the surface before starting, and work in a criss-cross pattern (back and forth). Adjust the speed according to the condition of the headlight. Wipe away any residue with a microfibre cloth and repeat until the desired clarity is achieved.
• Sanding and finishing discs: If imperfections remain, mask off the areas around the headlight and soak the discs in water for one minute. Lightly dampen the surface, then sand with the 1800-grit disc (using a horizontal motion) until a uniform finish is achieved. Continue with the 2400 grit (vertical), 3200 grit (horizontal) and 4000 grit (vertical) discs, keeping the surface damp at all times. Wipe clean, then apply Plast X with the pad to complete the restoration.
