do88 MERA high-performance intercooler designed for Audi RS3 8V/8.5V, RS3 8Y and TT RS 8S models equipped with the 2.5 TFSI turbocharged engine.

Featuring a high-density 97 mm Garrett Motorsport Bar & Plate core, this performance intercooler is engineered to provide significantly improved cooling efficiency, increased airflow and consistent performance during demanding driving conditions.

The intercooler features 118% increased core volume and 80% larger active cooling area compared to the OEM unit. Its optimised design delivers up to 22% higher airflow and reduces intake air temperatures by up to 32°C under identical test conditions.

Designed for high-performance applications supporting up to 1000 hp, the MERA intercooler features unique 3D-designed cast aluminium end tanks, enlarged 80 mm connections and an integrated chromoly steel crash bar to maximise ambient airflow.

The kit includes reinforced silicone hoses for compatibility with OEM charge pipes and the necessary installation components. Direct-fit installation requires no modifications on applicable RS3 models.
