Do88 Performance Intercooler BMW M2 Competition F87

do88 high-performance intercooler designed for BMW M2 Competition F87, M3 F80 and M4 F82/F83 models equipped with the S55 3.0 Twin-Turbo engine.

This upgraded top-mounted air-to-water intercooler directly replaces the OEM unit, featuring a high-density Bar & Plate core with 85% increased volume and TIG-welded cast aluminium end tanks for improved durability and reliability.

Its advanced dual-pass coolant flow design allows coolant to circulate across the core twice, significantly improving heat transfer and cooling efficiency compared to the factory single-pass system.

The intercooler provides 16% increased airflow and reduces intake air temperatures by up to 9°C under tested conditions. Performance testing recorded gains of up to 13 hp peak power, 25 hp in the midrange and 52 Nm of torque on a Stage 1 tuned vehicle.

Designed for both standard and high-performance engines, the intercooler features direct-fit installation using factory mounting points without modifications.
