Do88 Intercooler VW Golf 8 GTI

do88 high-performance intercooler designed for Audi S3 8Y, Cupra Formentor VZ, Skoda Octavia NX RS and VW Golf 8 GTI/R models equipped with the EA888.4 2.0 TFSI/TSI engine.

It directly replaces the OEM intercooler and features a high-performance aluminium Bar & Plate construction with 75% increased core volume and 7% larger active cooling area compared to the factory unit.

Its optimised design provides 31% higher airflow and reduces intake air temperatures by up to 12°C under tested conditions. Performance testing recorded gains of up to 12 hp and 14 Nm on a VW Golf 8 GTI Clubsport Edition 45 with standard ECU software.

The intercooler features CAD-designed aluminium end tanks, enlarged 63 mm inlet and outlet connections and a durable black finish. Its high-flow construction is designed to improve cooling efficiency and maintain consistent performance during demanding driving conditions.

The kit includes reinforced black silicone hoses, stainless steel clamps and all necessary installation hardware. Direct-fit installation using factory mounting points.
